We enjoyed the hotel, it was nice and had marvellous location very close to Kota Bharu, Kelantan and the river side. The room was huge and reasonably spacious with a shower and a bidet in the private bathroom. Our stay was a fine experience.

The hotel offers exceptionally comfortable accommodations. They serve good food, and are conveniently located near various restaurants. the venue is in close proximity to the market, restaurants, museum, and the famous Siti Khadijah Market. Make sure to check out Chapter Cafe nearby for a nice cup of tea or coffee.

Clean Roams on a excelent Localtion!
The Ridel Hotel provides the worst breakfast ever! I stay the 3rd time in this hotel, but never I drink so a bad coffee in a hotel! This hotel is good for staying, don't take the breakfast there - there ars some restaus arround and is almost the better choise!

The location is excellent as it is located in the middle of Kota Bharu town.
There is no toiletteries prepared for the consumers, the toilet is not kept clean and tidy.
